Course Overview

It is a condition of the Licensing Act 2003 that all licensed premises have an Age Verification policy in relation to the sale and supply of alcohol. This course relates to all sectors of the licensing industry, though it is important to remember that the policies of the premises in which you work may differ slightly. This course is suitable for learners in Scotland, England and Wales, and licensing policies which are different in Scotland will be explained.
